Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Horizon Proxy services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Legal Compliance

You must only use Horizon Proxy services for activities that are legal in Canada, the United States of America, and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China.

Violation of local laws in these jurisdictions will result in immediate service termination without refund. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for:

  • Any illegal activities or content distribution
  • Harassment, abuse, or harm to individuals or organizations
  • Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
  • Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
  • Attempting to breach or circumvent security measures
  • Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Horizon Proxy does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

Payment and Billing

Services are billed based on data usage. Payment is processed through our partners Heleket and Stripe. All charges are final and non-refundable except as required by law or in cases of service failure on our part.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or pose a risk to our network security. Terminated accounts forfeit any remaining service credits.

Limitation of Liability

Horizon Proxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
